Payment Before Work Begins
Full payment must be received before work begins so we can move forward with your project or scheduled service.

Monthly Service Payments
For ongoing monthly services, payment is due on the same date each month as your first payment date. For example, if your first payment is made on the 10th, future monthly payments are due on the 10th.
Please ensure payment is made by the due date to avoid delays or interruptions to scheduled services. Contact us if you have questions about payment arrangements.

What happens if I don’t like the content you create?
Let us know what doesn’t feel right and we’ll discuss adjustments based on the original brief and the revision terms agreed for your project.
How many revisions can I request?
Revision allowances depend on the service you book. We’ll confirm what’s included before work begins, and any additional changes can be discussed if needed.
Do I have to give you my social media passwords?
Not necessarily. Where possible, we use platform access or business permissions so you can grant the access needed without sharing your personal password.
Can I book just one project instead of a monthly package?
Yes, depending on the service. You can ask about one-time projects such as a Reel edit, flyer, logo, or other design and content work.
What if I need content urgently?
Tell us your deadline before booking. Rush requests depend on availability, the amount of work involved, and whether all required materials are ready.
